<li> <strong>STRATEGY related </strong>- care cauta noi metode de a aduce valoare pentru companie – ex: <em>cum putem sa atragem “major new clients”?</em></li>
<li> <strong>PROCESS related</strong> – care cauta sa aduca ameliorari la nivel de calitate, eficienta sau costuri – ex: <em>“how can we provide better service with less resource?”</em></li>
<li> <strong>OFFERING related </strong>- care cauta sa sporeasca atractivitatea ofertei, indiferent ca e vorba de imbunatatirea produselor la nivel de caracteristici si performante, de service sau de alte elemente care insotesc produsul  -  ex: “<em>cum sa ne imbunatatim serviciul X?” </em></li>
<li><strong>DELIVERY/ MARKETING related</strong> – care cauta fie sa identifice noi modalitati de a ajunge la clienti, fie noi forme de diferentiere si pozitionare, fie noi solutii de a crea o experienta aparte pentru consumatori -  <em>ex: “</em><em>cum sa ne fidelizam clientii cheie?” </em></li>
<li> <strong>TECHNOLOGY related</strong> – care urmaresc dezvoltarea de noi tehnologii sau noi aplicatii ale tehnologiilor existente</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>de obicei se crede ca in linii mari notiunile de  creativitate si brainstorming-ul sunt sinonime. si, mai rau, se considera ca brainstorming-ul nu e decat un fel de discutie in grup.</p>
<p>in acest caz nu e de mirare cat de reticenti sau chiar refractari sunt managerii nostri la ideea de “creativitate”, asociata cu discutii interminabile care nu duc nicaieri. mai ales ca nici ideile care apar pe ici –colo nu sunt chiar asa interesante.</p>
<p>dar imaginati-va o intalnire in care echipa dvs. se dovedeste a fi de fapt plina de resurse si idei, atat creative, cat si fezabile. si ca la sfarsit ramaneti cu convingerea ca de fapt intalnirea a fost pe cat de scurta, pe atat de productiva.</p>
<p>este cu putinta? in mare masura depinde de facilitator. un facilitator profesionist poate face diferenta dintre o sesiune de ideatie izbutita si o discutie fara nici un orizont.</p>
<p>practic, un facilitator profesionist se ocupa de :</p>
<p>• formarea unei <strong>atmosfere</strong> care sa stimuleze gandirea creativa</p>
<p>• elaborarea de <strong>exercitii</strong> prin care participantii sa fie ajutati sa genereze o cantitate  cat mai mare de idei</p>
<p>• gestionarea <strong>dinamicii grupului</strong> astfel incat activitatea de ideatie sa fie orientata intr-un sens constructiv</p>
<p>• elaborarea/construirea de elemente care sa functioneze ca <strong>stimuli</strong> pentru  participanti atunci cand activitatea de ideatie are un ritm scazut</p>
<p>• calauzirea participantilor in procesul de <strong>evaluare</strong> si validare a ideilor</p>
